Do you tend to loose it over the slightest inconvenience, snap at your loved ones or feel guilty about how you behaved? Maybe it's the constant arguments with your spouse, tension at work, loosing friendships or even strained relationships with your children.

My availability changes regularly, so please contact me or book free 15-minute consultation.
Location
All sessions are either over the phone (no camera) or online (camera optional).
I do understand that some may wish to see me in person, which is why I have a welcoming space in Airdrie that can be booked upon request.
How many sessions will I need?
It's like the old age question - how long is the string? The number of sessions varies greatly depending on where you are currently and your goals. I recommend to initially commit to 4-6 weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Then review if any more are needed like once a month.
Can EFT help with ADHD?
Many clients with ADHD find that EFT improves ADHD symptoms especially emotional outbursts, sleep and overthinking. fMRI brain scans have showed improvement in various regions of the brain that are typically affected by ADHD. However, as with any medical conditions it's always important to consult with your doctor about any symptoms you're experiencing.
Can I do EFT on my own between sessions?
Absolutely! I encourage clients to practice EFT tapping daily (even for as little as 1-2 minutes). I'll teach you techniques and share guided practices you can use on your own to reinforce our work together.
Are online sessions as effective as in-person ?
Online EFT sessions can be just as effective as in-person sessions if not more so for people with ADHD. Many clients find the comfort of their own home (or car) benefits for doing deeper emotional work.
How is EFT different from traditional talk therapy?
While EFT incorporates elements of talk therapy, it adds the physical component of tapping. This mind-body approach can often lead to faster relief and more lasting results than talk therapy alone.
The beautiful thing about EFT is that you DO NOT need to talk, know or remember any past issues you’re clinging on to. There are various EFT techniques that can be used to release the problem without actually knowing any specific details about it.
Are there any side effects of EFT?
EFT is generally considered very safe. Some people may experience emotional intensity during sessions as they process feelings, but this typically leads to relief and is perfectly normal. If you have any concerns at any point of our time together, please let me know so we can discuss these.
I also encourage you to consult a doctor or any other qualified medical professional that will know of your medical history about any of your current issues.
