I'm thrilled to welcome you to my world of Holistic Therapy. Holistic means 'whole you' - mind, body, emotions, spirit and even energy (meridian system) with aim to improve your overall quality of life and wellbeing. My path to becoming an Holistic Therapist and EFT practitioner choosing to specialise in supporting Adults with ADHD wasn't a straight line. It was a journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation.
As a new mum during the pandemic, I found myself grappling with overwhelming grief, chronic pain, poor sleep and the stress of motherhood. Despite reaching out to my GP and the NHS for help, I found myself without the support I desperately needed. Feeling let down by traditional healthcare and at the end of my rope, I began searching for alternative solutions. That's when I stumbled upon EFT. At first, I was skeptical. Tapping on my body to reduce anxiety and release negative emotions? It sounded too good to be true and frankly ridiculous. But as I learned more and began to practice, I was amazed at the results.
This discovery became a turning point in my life, offering the emotional balance I had been seeking when my life and internal world was a mess. But sadly my challenges didn't stop there and I realised I got ADHD. And yet again NHS have done nothing to support me. In typical hyperfocus fashion I embarked on an intense journey of study and practice to figure out how humans work, why we do the things we do, and most importantly how to actually help us neurodivergent souls thrive.
EFT has helped me manage my ADHD, master my emotions and literally turn my life around.
I've applied it to reduce daily everyday stress and overwhelm, heal from grief, prevent angry outbursts at my children and overcome RSD in romantic relationships. I can finally sleep through the night and found this sense of calm I hadn’t experienced in years (if ever). Don't get me wrong my brain is still busy and I lose or forget things - but it's nothing compared to how it used to be. Instead I've made peace with how I am and allow myself to enjoy life despite not always being 'perfect' or 'good enough'.
The transformation in my own life was so profound that I knew I had to share this incredible technique with others. Now, I'm honoured to guide other ADHDers on their path to emotional freedom and mastery.

ADHD comes with various challenges from time blindness to just getting showered - all of which can affect your ability to get the most out of our time together.
For that reason I exclusively offer sessions either over the phone (no video) or online (video optional). So you don't need to experience unnecessary stress about how you look, traffic or parking.
This will allow you to experience the benefits of EFT from the comfort of your own home (or car, without the added extra worries of getting out of the house and travelling somewhere else.
