Hi there! I'm Anete Faulds, a Holistic Therapist and accredited EFT Practitioner.

My journey began during a tumultuous time in my life. As a new mum amidst the pandemic, I was grappling with the loss of my grandmother and battling chronic pain. I felt as if I were drowning, barely keeping afloat. It was then that I discovered the transformative power of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) also known as Tapping.

It became my lifeline, helping me process grief, manage pain, and find moments of peace in the chaos of new motherhood. When I discovered I had ADHD, Tapping continued to help me navigate this new chapter by adjusting to a new way of living and being, with greater ease and more joy.


The profound impact EFT had on my life - from those overwhelming early days to the later challenges realising I have ADHD in my 30s - was so remarkable that I knew I had to share it.
