I'm thrilled to welcome you to my world of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). My path to becoming an EFT practitioner wasn't a straight line – it was a journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation.
As a new mum during the pandemic, I found myself grappling with overwhelming grief, chronic pain, and the challenges of motherhood. Despite reaching out to my GP and the NHS for help, I found myself without the support I desperately needed. Feeling let down by traditional healthcare and at the end of my rope, I began searching for alternative solutions. That's when I stumbled upon EFT. This discovery became a turning point in my life, offering the balance and peace I had been seeking in my most challenging moments.
At first, I was skeptical. Tapping on my body to relieve stress? It sounded too good to be true. But as I learned more and began to practice, I was amazed at the results. Over the years EFT has helped me manage everyday stress, become a better more emotionally balanced mum, improve my romantic relationship even after years of being together, regain hormonal balance and lose weight, relieve chronic back pain, improve my sleep and find a sense of calm I hadn’t experienced in years (if ever).
The transformation in my own life was so profound that I knew I had to share this incredible technique with others. I embarked on an intensive journey of study and practice, becoming an accredited EFT practitioner. Now, I'm honoured to guide others on their path to emotional freedom and wellbeing.

My approach is warm, non-judgemental, and tailored to your unique needs. Most importantly, EFT aligns with my belief that true healing comes from within. By combining cognitive awareness with physical action (tapping), EFT helps to rewire our responses to stress and emotional triggers.

My practice is centrally located in Airdrie, offering a peaceful and welcoming setting for your EFT sessions. With easy access from Coatbridge, Cumbernauld, Bathgate, Falkirk, Glasgow, and surrounding areas, my healing space is a convenient choice whether you’re local or travelling from nearby towns. Enjoy the tranquillity of a dedicated environment that supports your emotional wellbeing journey, with plenty of on-street parking available.
If visiting in person isn’t an option, I also offer online sessions, allowing you to experience the benefits of EFT from the comfort of your own home.
